For Optiek De Putter in Aarschot, two bespoke tapestries were designed to enrich the interior with colour, texture, and tactility. The felted GRID tapestry was placed between the workspace and showroom, serving both as an acoustic panel and a visual statement. Its layered structure enhances the atmosphere by softening sound while adding depth and dimension. Inspired by the terracotta tones that define the space, we developed a handwoven piece that seamlessly integrate with the showroom’s character, bringing warmth, materiality, and a refined tactile quality.
